A ‘One-Stop-People-Shop’ supplying Event Managers, Event Ambassadors, Presenters, Sports Coaches, Children’s entertainers, presenting people within the industry who are proven in delivery.

Having worked in the Event Domain for 15years, working with the weird and the wonderful, it was indeed the wonderful that inspired the creation of a staffing platform like no other.

Founded by Victoria in 2015, Sparky People presents an ‘Event Staffing Service’ based on an ethic of ‘reputation not resumes’ (CV doesn’t quite rhyme).

There is no recruitment process, you cannot apply to apart of ‘Team Sparky.’ A secret circle if you will, we only use people who have been invited to join our team.

Our results speak volumes and our people want to work for us, meaning they want to work for you! We tailor the people for our events, whilst we have absolute confidence that we represent the most exceptional within the industry.

We don’t measure the volume but the undeniable quality of our people.
